This impressive Wagatsuma Kokeshi from the Sendai line stands at an exceptional height of 55 cm. The slender form, visible grain and quiet facial expression are characteristic of this Yajirō-related traditional work.

The signature on the underside confirms the Wagatsuma family line. The red main accents remain clearly visible, while the green detail accents have faded over time, adding a strong wabi-sabi character.
