Packaging & sustainability

Our items are carefully packed using reusable or recycled protective materials.

• Filling chips are biodegradable and compostable

• Bubble wrap is made from recycled plastic

• We avoid unnecessary packaging and plastic wherever possible, unless it is reused

In this way, we aim to package both ecologically and aesthetically, in line with the Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy.

Processing time & delivery time

Your order is processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Estimated delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping assurance

All shipments include tracking and are insured up to €520 by default.
For higher-value shipments, the insurance is automatically adjusted.

Damage or delays?

Although we pack every item with great care, it is possible that damage occurs during transport. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with clear photos of the packaging and the damage. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
