At Tamashii, we package every item with care and respect for its unique character. Because we often deal with handmade, vintage or fragile pieces, we take shipping very seriously. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery countries, rates, lead times and our sustainability policy.

Where do we ship?

We ship to the following countries:

• Within Europe: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland

• Outside the EU, within Europe: United Kingdom (UK)

• International: United States, Canada

Packaging & sustainability

Our items are carefully packaged using reusable or recycled protective materials.

• Our packing chips are biodegradable and compostable.

• Our bubble wrap is made from recycled plastic.
  We avoid unnecessary packaging and plastic unless it is being reused. We strive to package ecologically andaesthetically – fully aligned with the Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy.

Processing time & delivery time

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after payment. Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
The average delivery time varies from 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country. Tamashii is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Damage or delays?

Although we pack with care, it may unfortunately happen that an item is damaged during shipping. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, preferably with clear photos of the packaging and the damage. We will work together to find an appropriate solution.

Shipping Policy (legal)

• Delivery area: Tamashii delivers to customers in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Austria, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

• Shipping & insurance: All shipments are provided with tracking. For certain items, additional insurance is included or optionally available. Tamashii is not liable for damage or loss during transport unless explicitly insured.

• Collection: Collection is not possible. Tamashii is a fully online webshop.
