Return Policy
At Tamashii, every item is carefully selected, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care.
Because we offer vintage and handcrafted pieces, minor signs of age, use, or imperfections may be present.
These features are part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
They are clearly shown in the photos and described in the product listing.
Such characteristics are not a valid reason for a free return.
Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to change your mind.
Within this period, you may decide to return all or part of your order.
Return conditions
Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original condition.
Please pack securely and carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are entirely at your expense, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Returns without prior notification cannot be processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Damage or errors must be reported within 48 hours, including clear photos of the item and the packaging.
After our assessment:
If we confirm the damage or incorrect delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Shipping damage is also covered.
How to request a return
Email info@tamashii.be within 14 days of receipt, including:
your order number
which items you wish to return
and for damage: photos for assessment
We will email you the return instructions.
Ship the return within 14 days after notifying us.
Refund
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
We may withhold the refund until we have received and checked the items,
or until the customer provides proof of shipment.Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Digital gift cards are non-refundable.
Vintage and Wabi-Sabi items with clearly shown and described age-related features are not eligible for free return.
If a returned item is damaged or clearly used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a value reduction may be applied.
