The online store Tamashii, available at www.tamashii.be, with company registration number BE0830.679.096 and registered address at Ruilare 1A, 9080 Lochristi, Belgium, processes personal data provided by the Customer in order to fulfill and confirm the Terms and Conditions, process electronic orders and deliveries, and ensure necessary communication during the legally required retention period.

Source of Personal Data

  1. The Controller processes personal data provided by the Customer with their consent and collected through the contract of purchase and the execution of the electronic order placed in the Tamashii online store;

  2. The Controller only processes identification and contact details necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract;

  3. Personal data is processed for shipping, accounting, and required communication purposes between the contractual parties, for the period prescribed by law. Personal data will not be disclosed publicly or transferred to third countries.

Purpose of Data Processing

The Controller processes the Customer's personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Registration on the website www.tamashii.be, in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 2 of the Regulation;

  2. Fulfillment of the electronic order placed by the Customer (name, address, email, phone number);

  3. Compliance with legal obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Customer and the Controller;

  4. Personal data is necessary for the execution of the purchase contract. Without this data, the contract cannot be concluded.

Duration of Personal Data Storage

  1. The Controller stores personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Controller and the Customer and for a period of three (3) years after the end of that contractual relationship;

  2. After the expiration of the storage period, the Controller will permanently delete all personal data.

Recipients and Data Processors

Third parties who process personal data of the Customer are subcontractors of the Controller. These services are essential for the successful performance of the contract and order processing between the Controller and the Customer.
Subcontractors of the Controller include:

  • Webnode AG (e-commerce platform);

  • Shipping company;

  • Google Analytics (website analytics).

Customer Rights

In accordance with the Regulation, the Customer has the right to:

  1. Access their personal data;

  2. Rectify their personal data;

  3. Erase their personal data;

  4. Object to the processing of their personal data;

  5. Data portability;

  6. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, in writing or via email to info@tamashii.be;

  7. Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in case of suspected violation of the Regulation.

Security of Personal Data

  1. The Controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures have been taken to safeguard personal data;

  2. The Controller has implemented technical precautions to secure data storage, particularly by password-protecting access to computers, using antivirus software, and performing regular system maintenance.

Final Provisions

  1. By placing an electronic order on the website www.tamashii.be, the Customer confirms that they are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and accept them in full;

  2. The Customer accepts these rules by checking the relevant box on the order form;

  3. The Controller may update these rules at any time. The latest version will always be published on the website.
